2022 Annual Report

Nottingham Forest Community Trust, which serves as the official charity of Nottingham Forest, is pleased to announce the release of its latest annual report. The charitable arm of Nottingham Forest Football Club, the Trust serves a crucial role in the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire regions by working closely with private, public and third-sector partners to provide support to individuals and organisations to the best of our ability.

The report showcases the Trust’s accomplishments throughout 2022 and the positive outcomes achieved during its most successful year to date, with a turnover that has surpassed 2021’s impressive results.

Over 65,513 hours of community support was delivered across 4,293 individual sessions for local people as the Trust looks to provide support based on it’s three objectives of significantly increase improvements in local people’s health and wellbeing, significantly increase opportunities for local people to access training, education and employment and increase community engagement.

Highlights include providing more than 82,000 free meals to local children and adults, 309 violence reduction session carried out and over 12,000 school pupils engaged in schools across the city and county.

Chairman Nicholas Randall KC, said, “The relationship between Nottingham Forest and our local community has always been a priority for the Board and ownership since the takeover of the Club in 2017.”

“Since that time, we have strengthened the relationship with the Community Trust and have provided further support and funding to support its objectives.

We are rightly proud of the way in which this relationship has developed and the excellent work that the Trust has done within our community.”

Calum Osborne, Nottingham Forest Community Trust Chief Executive Officer added, “We are thrilled to unveil our latest annual report, which highlights the remarkable progress we have made in achieving our mission and creating a better future for our stakeholders.”

Calum continued, A key highlight for the team and me is being awarded the Community Impact Award at the 2022 East Midlands Chamber Business Awards, which is a testament to the hard work each one of our team puts into our day-to-day operations. At the Trust, putting others first is at the core of everything we do. Receiving the award at a time when our community needs support more than ever is an honour, and we remain committed to serving those in need.”
