Here at Nottingham Forest Community Trust we are committed to providing opportunities for people in our local community wherever possible. Nottingham Forest Community Trust were able to donate some match tickets to a resident of an Adult care centre, Ray who has been diagnosed with Dementia. Ray is a huge Nottingham Forest fan and he used to attend matches on a regular basis when he was younger. He was very excited to visit The City Ground once again and watch Nottingham Forest play against Queen’s Park Rangers.
One of Ray’s carers Andy commented that “He was very excited before the match and has been able to recall the events of that day which is quite an achievement. Once again thank you and your organisation for your understanding and kindness.” we are so pleased that Ray enjoyed his time at the ground and that we were able to provide him with this fantastic experience.
Here’s a few images of Ray at the match!
