Nottingham Forest Community Trust and Nottingham Forest Football Club are committed to supporting our Armed Forces community. So far this year, we have already held a few coffee and breakfast mornings here at The City Ground. We previously held a ground tour with NFFC legend John McGovern and our last breakfast morning was attended by other Nottingham Forest legends such as Garry Birtles and Frank Clark. Our programme is designed to offer unique opportunities for Veterans in our community to socialise and have fun.

On Friday we held this month’s Forest Forces event, it was a coffee and quiz morning here at The City Ground in the Executive Suite. The morning consisted of coffee and pastries for our local Veterans followed by a quiz. The quiz involved questions about Nottingham Forest and general knowledge around Nottingham, with the winners taking home an amazing prize. The winners of the quiz received tickets to the Bolton match on Sunday 5th May, as well as an amazing hospitality package and a place in a corporate box.

We also had a ‘Where’s the ball’ competition on the day, where participants had to guess where the ball was on the image with the closest person being the winner. Chris R was the winner of the day, taking home an NFFC shirt signed by the first team.

Thank you to everyone that attended we can’t wait to see you at the next one!
