Free Physical Activity & Mental Wellbeing Workshop

On Thursday 5th March, from 6pm to 8pm, we’re hosting a free Physical Activity & Mental Wellbeing Workshop at The Forest Sports Zone, as part of our Tricky to Talk programme.

This month’s Tricky to Talk session features a bespoke workshop exploring how physical activity can positively influence mental wellbeing.

Led by Dr Karen Neal and The Wolfpack Project, the session will highlight the benefits of regular movement, its role in strengthening social connection, and practical ways to build activity into everyday life.

You’ll find a relaxed, supportive environment where participants can openly discuss mental health, share experiences, and receive guidance on support pathways available through The Wolfpack Project and wider community service.

Attendees will also learn about Nottingham Forest Community Trust’s Healthy Goals programme, offering accessible routes to becoming more active within your local community.
