The Nottingham Forest Girls Regional Talent Club is one of thirty-four in England and is currently the only RTC in the county. This enhanced football programme allows U10-U16 female football players identified as having elite potential the opportunity to access appropriate levels of coaching and support, through the ‘FA Girls’ England talent pathway.
These RTC’s aim to develop young female footballers in a competitive, professional environment with the ultimate goal of getting them on the international stage. As proven at our Nottingham Forest RTC where one of our u16 players made her England debut recently with another two having trials.
We provide a minimum of three-hours training per week to each age group, and all players will take part in a fixture programme. Working collectively with our RTC Team we ensure players and parents are provided with all information relating to the programme, to encourage a network of support for each player.
To be eligible, players need to be in one of the below age groups:
Sept 2008 – Aug 2010 (current years 3 or 4)
Sept 2006 – Aug 2008 (current years 5 or 6)
Sept 2004 – Aug 2006 (current years 7 or 8)
Sept 2002 – Aug 2004 (current years 9 or 10)
U10/12’s: 3rd June, 10am-11:15am
U10/12’s: 10th June, 10am-11:15am
U14’s: 3rd June, 11:30am-1:30pm
U14’s: 10th June, 11:30am-1pm
U16’s: 3rd June, 11:30am-1:30pm
U16’s: 10th June, 1pm-2:30pm
