The Nottingham Forest Girls Regional Talent Club (RTC) is an enhanced football programme for U10-U16 female players. The programme provides the girls with coaching and support through the ‘FA Girls’ England talent pathway.

On Saturday players from our Regional Talent Club programme were lucky enough to get the chance to train with the Jamaican Reggae Girlz squad, ahead of their match against Forest Ladies on Sunday. Along with some of Forest Ladies junior players they were put through their paces in a training session led by Jamaican women’s national team and their first team coaches.

All of the girls absolutely loved the experience and even got to take part in a Q&A session where the girls got the opportunity to ask the Reggae Girlz a range of questions. The girls left the session feeling very inspired as most of them aspire to play for an international team themselves.

Forest Ladies vs Jamaican Reggae Girlz match was played the day after at The City Ground and finished with a 3-0 win to the Reggage Girlz.
