Here at Nottingham Forest Community Trust we offer both Higher Education and Degree level courses for individuals with an interest in a career in sport. The unique learning environment of a professional football club as well as our FA licensed coaches gives our students the opportunity to kick start their career in the sporting industry. We caught up with our education tutors to see how our current students are getting on.

The first team have just finished their first season in the EFL Community & Education Football Alliance League. Education Projects Manager Paul Whitworth said “It’s been a tough year for the boys but they’ve adapted to the league now and finished the season strongly.” We asked Education Tutor Danny Gordon how his class are getting on and he said “Preparation for the English and Maths exams is going really well, and our students are progressing along well with both their academic and footballing abilities.”

Our students are all working extremely hard to ensure they do their best as the academic year is quickly reaching the final stages, our students are working towards their upcoming exams. Paul commented that “The students have worked incredibly hard in all of their modules, which will set them up well for next year.”

Good luck to all of our students taking their Maths and English exams in the next couple of months and keep working hard!
