Mental health support through our virtual hubs
Every other Thursday evening we would usually hold our It’s Tricky To Talk hubs, sessions have been developed with the Institute of Mental Health for people living with mental health issues or generally struggling with life. This is a chance to go down to the The City Ground, in a comfortable environment, have a chat with someone, get some advice or simply play some relaxed social games such as pool, the xbox and more.
Lockdown has unfortunately prevented us from being able to run these session but we understand that people still might need that support so we have started our own mental health virtual hubs.
Delivered by Nottingham Forest Community Trusts Mental Health Lead, Claire Henson, these relaxed virtual hubs take place every week and are available for anyone that might want some advice and support or even just want to grab a quick chat.
We plan on offering these online sessions until restrictions are lifted and we are able to provide our service back at The City Ground again.
