In association with the Premier League, we offer a range of programmes that support and develop people of all ages through physical activity and education.

Recently the coaches across our Premier League programmes wanted to do something to highlight the hard work of our participants, to reward certain pupils for their special efforts we had them their very own personalised FIFA cards made.

The first participant to receive her reward was Lailah who attends our Premier League Girls sessions at The Fernwood School in Wollaton. Lailah was put forward by coach Dante Diriso, for her attendance and of all the amazing progress she has made with her football. Dante said “Seeing Lailah’s confidence grow both within herself and her footballing ability, has been very rewarding. It’s great to see her love for the game is back. The Premier League Girls programme we deliver is fun and engaging for players of all abilities.”

George was the next pupil to receive a FIFA card, he is one of our Premier League Primary Stars participants from Carrington Primary School. George was nominated by coach Lloyd Lacey, for his amazing behaviour in lessons, Lloyd said he was rewarded for “always considering others in and out of the classroom, particularly in our sports sessions.”

Maya is our next Primary Stars participants from from Leas Park Junior School in Mansfield. She was nominated by coach James Mitchell for her amazing work motivating her fellow pupils. Maya was rewarded for inspiring her classmates and school to take part in the Daily Mile challenge, the initiative motivates children to take part in 15 minutes of jogging or running a day. Since Maya suggested her school take part in the Daily Mile, they now do it every day at lunch time, well done Maya!
