Our programme is perfect for anyone looking to lose weight, meet new friends, and get active. With sessions delivered by a qualified personal trainer and active sessions in the form of walking football, you’ll have everything you need to kickoff your fitness journey.
Our expert trainer will be on hand to guide you through every step of the way, helping you to set achievable goals and providing tailored advice and support throughout the programme. And with our walking football sessions, you’ll be able to enjoy all the benefits of exercise while having fun and socialising with like-minded individuals.
Sessions will take place on Thursday evenings between 5pm-7pm at The Forest Sports Zone.

Once the first 12 week programme has been completed we’ll be running another 4 rounds of 12 week programmes so if you don’t manage to secure a sport in the first cohort, you have opportunities to take part in the programme later in the year.
