Run A Mile To Remember
Coming together to show our support towards the incredible work of the NHS frontline staff and British Army to get us through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Set up by ABF The Soldiers’ Charity and NHS Charities Together, the ‘Run A Mile To Remember’ campaign is a one-mile challenge for people to complete using any form of exercise they wish to celebrate the heroes who have got us through these difficult times.
Dedicate your mile to remember…
1. The phenomenal work of the NHS on the front line.
2. The work of Regular Army medical personnel supporting the NHS in the front line.
3. Members of the Army Reserve’s medical units who are employees of the NHS.
4. The Army personnel providing logistical and testing support in the battle against COVID-19.
We’re encouraging everyone to join us in doing their own miles but sticking to your own abilities. Don’t forget, this could be part of your daily exercise, around your garden or even in your living room! Once you’ve completed your mile, nominate and encourage members of your family, friends and colleagues to take part in the ‘Run A Mile To Remember’ themselves.
