Vacancy: Think Big Programme Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

As a Think Big Programme Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young people in Nottinghamshire. Here are some key responsibilities you’ll be taking on:

Innovative Workshops: Design and deliver creative virtual and face-to-face workshops in schools and communities across Nottinghamshire, showcasing the exciting intersection of technology and sports.

Relationship Building: Develop and manage strong relationships with school leaders, partners, and key stakeholders who share our vision.

Programme Growth: Lead the growth and development of the Think Big programme, ensuring its positive impact continues to expand.

Performance Metrics: Work diligently towards achieving defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during each academic year.

Custom Curriculum: Maintain and evolve a specialised curriculum focused on tech roles in football, delivering engaging workshops to young people on matchdays at The City Ground.

Impact Tracking: Produce monthly reports detailing the programme’s impact, tracking all achievements and target outcomes.

Tech Advocate: Act as an advocate for technology and innovative thinking, inspiring young minds to explore the possibilities.

Visibility: Develop relationships with partners and stakeholders to increase the programme’s visibility in the community.

Media Content: Collaborate with the marketing team to create a portfolio of accessible media content, including videos, photographs, and case studies, to showcase the programme’s success.

Communication: Regularly communicate the programme’s successes internally and externally, sharing good news and best practices.

Data Management: Support the Head of Marketing & Communications by collating data and information related to programme impact.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to programme assistants to support their duties and personal development.
