Walk for Wellbeing Brings Forest Fans Together

On Wednesday, around 100 Forest fans and community members joined staff from Nottingham Forest Community Trust for a relaxed 5km Walk for Wellbeing, aimed at supporting mental health and encouraging open conversations in a friendly, welcoming setting.

Starting from the Trentside Lounge located within the Trent End of the City Ground, attendees followed a scenic route along the River Trent and ended with a special lap around the pitch at the City Ground.

Along the way, participants stopped at wellbeing points offering information, support, and a chance to chat.

The event brought people of all ages and backgrounds together for a simple but powerful reason — to take time out, connect with others, and show that looking after our mental health is something we can all do, one step at a time.
