Free October Holiday Clubs Return

This October Half Term, Nottingham Forest Community Trust is delighted to once again deliver a fantastic range of Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) sessions across Nottingham City and County – providing children and young people with fun, engaging activities and nutritious meals throughout the break.

HAF City

As part of the nationally recognised Government initiative, the Trust will provide free, fun-filled holiday clubs for children and young people aged 5 to 16 across Nottingham, in partnership with Nottingham City Council.

Each session includes a healthy breakfast with cereals and fresh fruit, followed by a hot lunch – supporting children’s wellbeing over the summer break.

Activities include football, drama, arts and crafts, hockey, basketball, cricket, board games, clay building, STEM activities, and more.

Dates: Monday 27th – Thursday 30th October
Time: 10am – 2pm
Venues:

・ Mellers Primary School

・ Dovecote Primary School

・ Victoria Primary School

・ Robin Hood Primary School

・ Brendon Lawrence Sports Centre

All city sessions are FREE and open to eligible children as part of the national Holiday Activities and Food programme.

Important City HAF Booking Information

If your child is eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals, you will receive a HAF voucher code from school (format: HAF**** followed by six digits). Enter this code when booking using this link.

Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

No walk-ins allowed.

 

HAF County

Keyworth

Taking place at Keyworth United Community Football Club, our Keyworth sessions offers football, multisport activities, and a hot meal for young people aged 11–16.

・ Dates: Monday 20th, Wednesday 22nd, Monday 27th, and Wednesday 29th October

・ Time: 2:30pm – 5pm

・ Places: 16 HAF-funded spaces and 9 paid places (£14.99 per day)

Bingham

Our Bingham programme features a mix of exciting trips and sports sessions for ages 11–16:

Tuesday 21st October (4–6:30pm): City Ground Tour

Thursday 23rd October (4–6:30pm): Adventure Golf at Cornerhouse

Tuesday 28th & Thursday 30th October (3–5:30pm): Multisport sessions at Toothill School Leisure Centre

Each Bingham session offers 16 HAF-funded places and 9 paid places (£14.99 per day) – a great way to stay active and have fun this half term!

Our Keyworth and Bingham HAF sessions are ran in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council.
