This rare, limited-edition shirt features Nottingham Forest Community Trust proudly across the front which has been displayed at select away fixtures in this season’s European campaign.

Representing the club’s first European journey in 30 years, it’s a unique collector’s item and a genuine piece of Forest history, signed by the club captain.

One lucky supporter will receive a signed, match-issued Ryan Yates Nottingham Forest shirt with Nottingham Forest Community Trust sponsor (size medium).

This season, the incredible backing of Forest fans has already helped raise £12,615 through previous prize draws, including mascot experiences for fixtures against Manchester City and Aston Villa.

All funds raised through this prize draw will go directly to Nottingham Forest Community Trust, the official charity of the football club.

The Trust creates positive change across Nottinghamshire, supporting people of all ages to improve their physical and mental health, build confidence, and develop new skills.
