Partner Schools compete for a place in Premier League Primary Stars Mixed Tournament
Nottingham Forest Community Trust recently hosted the Premier League Primary Stars U11 Mixed Regional Qualifiers, bringing together our partner schools to compete for a place in the national finals.
Following a series of competitive fixtures, Coddington CofE Primary School emerged as winners and will now represent Nottingham Forest at the upcoming National Premier League Primary Stars Tournament.
The qualifying event saw Coddington compete against teams from Porchester Junior School and Claremont Primary School.
By winning this regional qualifier, Coddington will travel to Molineux Stadium, the home of Wolverhampton Wanderers. They will have the unique opportunity to wear the Nottingham Forest kit and compete against mixed teams representing the other 19 Premier League clubs on a professional pitch.
These opportunities are available to all our Premier League Primary Stars Partner Schools. These partnerships provide local schools with the opportunity to represent a Premier League club in national competitions, while also receiving year-round support to inspire children to be active and develop essential life skills.

Jordan Ferrer, Schools Manager at Nottingham Forest Community Trust, said: “The Premier League Primary Stars tournament is always a highlight of our calendar. Seeing our partner schools compete with such passion and respect for one another is exactly what this programme is about.”
“We are incredibly proud of all the teams that took part, and we are delighted to have Coddington representing Nottingham Forest at Molineux Stadium. Playing at a Premier League stadium is an experience these players will never forget.”
Premier League Primary Stars is the Premier League’s primary school education programme, delivered by Nottingham Forest Community Trust across Nottinghamshire. The initiative uses the appeal of professional football to support children in PE, PSHE, English, and Maths.
Everyone at the Trust wishes Coddington the very best of luck as they head to Molineux to represent the Reds!
