SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY
Nottingham Forest Foundation is the official charity of Nottingham Forest F.C.
Rooted in Nottingham and working across Nottinghamshire, we deliver trusted programmes and partnerships that improve health, wellbeing and opportunity for local communities.
Formerly known as Nottingham Forest Community Trust, the Foundation supports tens of thousands of people every year through inclusive programmes focused on physical and mental wellbeing, education, employability, personal development and community connection.
Working alongside local authorities, schools, health services, businesses and community organisations, we create opportunities for people to become healthier, more connected and more confident in their futures.
Our strategy for 2026–2031 is built around three priorities: PLACE, PEOPLE and POTENTIAL.
Together, these priorities shape how we invest in communities, support people and create long-term impact across Nottinghamshire.
Our strategic priorities
In order to deliver on our progressive objectives, our organisation is going to focus on delivering against three clear and easy to understand strategic priorities.
These are the areas that we believe can deliver the highest volume of – and most critical – support in the community across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. These strategic priorities have been informed using local insight and data along with our own knowledge and experience of community engagement over the past 30 years.
PLACE
We invest in communities and create safe, inclusive spaces where people can connect, participate and thrive. By working in areas where support is needed most, we strengthen local relationships and help build healthier, more connected communities.
PEOPLE
We support people to improve their wellbeing, build confidence and feel a stronger sense of connection and belonging. Through long-term engagement and trusted programmes, we help individuals and communities grow together.
POTENTIAL
We create opportunities that help people learn, progress and achieve their goals. From education and skills development to employability and personal growth, we help people take positive next steps.
