A brand-new programme through Nottingham Forest Community Trust, bringing fun, high-energy fitness sessions for teens (11-16 years old). Whether you’re just getting started, returning to activity, or looking for a new way to stay fit, our free weekly sessions are for everyone, no matter your fitness level.
