Join our Free Summer Holiday Activities & Food!
This Summer 2026, Nottingham Forest Community Trust is back with our popular Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) holiday programme, supporting families across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
The HAF programme is designed to support eligible families* during the school holidays, ensuring that children aged 5 to 16 remain active, engaged, and well-fed throughout the long summer break.
Each session offers a blend of high-energy physical activities – including football, hockey, and multi-sports – alongside enrichment workshops such as drama, arts and crafts, and STEM projects.
Central to the initiative is the commitment to healthy living. Every participant will receive a nutritious breakfast and a hot lunch, helping to alleviate the financial pressure of holiday food costs while teaching children the importance of balanced nutrition.
This comprehensive rollout is made possible through strong local partnerships. The City programme is proudly funded by Nottingham City Council, continuing a long-standing commitment to supporting the youth of the city.
Extending the reach further, the County provision is delivered in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council, whose support ensures that even more young people across the wider county can access these vital services.
