Mental Health and Wellbeing Support
This resource aims to promote confidence in reaching for help when you may feel you are unable to deal with an issue on your own. It aims to promote the idea of autonomy, self-management, and control over wellbeing and simultaneously to discourage any feelings of shame or inadequacy that could arise when thinking about reaching for further help.
Having someone you can trust to talk to in a safe and supportive environment can make a big difference. Remember that it’s okay to talk, and it’s always helpful to make yourself available to listen.
Here you will find support for you or someone you know in their Mental Health and Wellbeing journey.
