Mental Health Matters

Nottingham Forest Community Trust provides weekly online and monthly face-to-face mental health peer support.

Launched in 2019, the Tricky to Talk programme is an initiative focused on raising awareness about mental health challenges and offering vital support to those in need. Spearheaded by the Community Trust, the programme encourages fans and the wider community to open up about mental health, reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Tricky to Talk offers safe spaces for conversations and signposting further mental health support, creating an environment where individuals feel comfortable seeking help.

For more information, email nigel.plant@nottinghamforest.co.uk or book onto a session below.

In addition, there are weekly men’s peer support groups facilitated by Bottled Up Blokes, find out more here.
