Match Of The Day visits Nottingham
Nottingham Forest Community Trust took centre stage on Match of the Day’s community feature last weekend, showcasing the impactful work being done to transform lives through sport and physical activity.
Each year, the BBC and Premier League dedicates this segment to highlighting the incredible initiatives delivered by the official charities of its clubs.
Last weekend, the spotlight fell on Nottingham Forest Community Trust’s work through the Premier League Kicks programme.
The feature showcased the Trust’s delivery of Premier League Kicks at Nottingham University Samworth Academy in Bilborough, where young people aged 12-16 come together to engage in football and netball sessions.
Thanks to a successful partnership with Nottingham Forest Netball, participants not only have access to high-quality coaching but also opportunities to build teamwork, confidence, and skills on and off the court.
