Healthy Horizon Hubs

Healthy Horizon Hubs are designed to support physical and mental wellbeing, build resilience, and develop community connections, these hubs are your local space to recharge, connect, and grow.

Healthy Horizon Hubs are supported by the Premier League and Professional Footballers’ Association. Administered through the Premier League Charitable Fund, the funding helps football clubs to tackle inequality and respond to local challenges, supporting people and their communities to be more inclusive.

Physical & Wellbeing Activities
From group exercises to mindfulness sessions, our activities are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Resilience Building
Learn practical strategies to strengthen your resilience. Our experts provide tools and tips on how to cope with everyday stressors and challenges.

Lifestyle & Community Support
At the heart of Healthy Horizons is our commitment to developing a strong support network with community partners, offering assistance with a range of lifestyle needs.

Cookery Demonstrations (Last week of the month)
There’s no better way to encourage cooking low-sugar, fat and salt recipes and motivate change than seeing a quick and easy recipe featuring wholesome and affordable ingredients. In our healthy cooking demonstration, we will provide the perfect platform to generate nutritional questions and discuss shopping, cooking and healthy eating. You will leave with takeaway literature, your taste buds tingling and the confidence to continue healthy cooking at home

Mental Health Hub (Open Door Sessions)
Tricky Hubs are relaxed, informal spaces where you can talk to others who may be experiencing difficulties with their mental health. They provide the opportunity to open up in a supportive environment to share and discuss thoughts and feelings.

* We’re working in partnership with My Journey CIC, to provide free transport for residents to attend our Healthy Horizon Hub at Brendon Lawrence Sports Centre. Localised collection points are on a 3-week rotation, please see timetable below for times and collection points.
