Vacancy: Facility Assistant

Are you passionate about sports and community engagement?

Nottingham Forest Community Trust is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Facility Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of the Forest Sports Zone.

Key Details:

Salary: £23,200 (pay award pending)

Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Closing Date: 2nd April 2025

About the Role:

Joining the dedicated team at the Forest Sports Zone, you will play a vital role in ensuring our community sports facilities, including 3G and FMAP pitches, Multi-Use Games Area, pavilion, and site grounds, are maintained to the highest standards.

You will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing bookings, and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors.


Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily operations of the Forest Sports Zone

Operate a computerised till system for accurate booking records

Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all facilities

Engage with visitors, providing exceptional customer service

Work within a shift system, including weekends


What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a fast-paced customer service role

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)

Understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection

Friendly, adaptable, and a team player with a proactive approach
