Walk For Wellbeing: Mental Health Walk Event

Join us for Walk for Wellbeing – a relaxed 5km community walk designed to support mental wellness, encourage open conversation, and help people connect in a welcoming environment.

Taking place on Wednesday 28th May 2025, this event is a chance to enjoy the fresh air, meet others, and take time for yourself — all while walking a beautiful riverside route with a unique finish.

What to Expect

Participants can expect a gentle, scenic walk along the River Trent, offering a unique opportunity to walk around Nottingham Forest’s pitch. The route features wellbeing chats and support stations, providing access to mental health resources, including information about the Tricky to Talk initiative. The event creates a friendly, inclusive environment, welcoming individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

Time – 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Start Location – Trentside Lounge, The City Ground

Route – 5km along the River Trent, ending with a lap around The World Famous City Ground pitch.
