New ‘Healthy Goals’ partnership to support Mental Health
Nottingham Forest Community Trust is proud to announce a new partnership with The Wolfpack Project as part of our Healthy Goals initiative, a programme designed to support mental wellbeing through physical activity.
This collaboration brings together two organisations with a shared commitment to improving the lives of people in Nottingham. By combining the Trust’s expertise in delivering inclusive and accessible physical activity with The Wolfpack Project’s expertise in mental health, loneliness and social isolation, Healthy Goals will offer a unique, holistic approach to wellbeing.

Launched in response to the growing demand for mental health support across the city, Healthy Goals will provide free, accessible fitness and wellbeing sessions for communities across Nottingham and Kirkby-in-Ashfield. The Wolfpack Project will deliver a series of mental wellbeing workshops and provide ongoing support, including signposting to additional services and working closely with the Trust to guide participants on their wellbeing journey.
Calum Osborne, CEO of Nottingham Forest Community Trust, said:
“We’re delighted to be working with The Wolfpack Project on this important initiative. Physical activity is proven to have a huge impact on mental health, and together, we can ensure our community have access to the support and opportunities they need to thrive.”
Jennine Fox, CEO of The Wolfpack Project, added:
“We’re really excited to partner with NFCT on such a brilliant initiative. A holistic approach to wellbeing is so important and together I hope we can inspire people across Nottingham, to learn about themselves and move more for their mental health.”
This partnership marks an exciting step forward in Trust’s efforts to promote healthier, happier communities and demonstrates the power of collaboration between sport and mental health organisations.
Healthy Goals is funded by the Premier League, the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) and supported by Public Health teams within Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council.
