We’re bringing free weekly fitness and wellbeing sessions to communities across Nottingham City and Kirkby-in-Ashfield – designed for teens (11–16) and adults (18+).

Whether you’re stepping into fitness for the first time, getting back into activity, or looking for a new way to stay motivated, Healthy Goals combines fun, high-energy workouts with mindfulness and social connection to help you feel your best.

Funded by the Premier League Foundation, The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA), Public Health Teams, Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council, Healthy Goals is a brand-new programme delivered through Nottingham Forest Community Trust.

Who is Healthy Goals for?

Teens (11-16)

Join our Healthy Goals Teens Sessions – Dynamic, fun-packed workouts with circuit challenges, teamwork games, and music. No experience needed – just bring your energy!

Adults (18+)

Achieve your Healthy Goals and connect with others through weekly fitness and well-being sessions and exercise referral. Suitable for all abilities and levels.

Healthy goals uses physical activity in a bid to support mental wellbeing. To learn more about mental health specific, check out our Tricky to Talk programme.

The Wolfpack Project

Nottingham Forest Community Trust is proud to announce a new partnership with The Wolfpack Project as part of our Healthy Goals initiative, a programme designed to support mental wellbeing through physical activity.

This collaboration brings together two organisations with a shared commitment to improving the lives of people in Nottingham. By combining the Trust’s expertise in delivering inclusive and accessible physical activity with The Wolfpack Project’s expertise in mental health, loneliness and social isolation, Healthy Goals will offer a unique, holistic approach to wellbeing.

Wednesday at Bilborough (Harvey Hadden Sports Centre) – Football & Fitness

6pm to 7pm

Thursday at Kirkby-in-Ashfield (Kirkby Leisure Centre) – Football & Fitness

5:30pm to 6:30pm

Adults

Monday at Forest Fields (Bluecoat Trent Academy) – Female Only

Tuesday at St Ann’s (Brendon Lawrence Sports Centre) – BoxFit

7pm to 8pm

Wednesday at Bilborough (Harvey Hadden Sports Centre) – Core & Court

Thursday at Kirkby in Ashfield (Kirkby Leisure Centre) – Gym Together/Racket Sessions

3:30pm to 4:15pm (Gym Together) / 4:15pm to 5pm (Racket Sessions)
