We’re hiring: Join Us to Deliver the Think Big Programme

Nottingham Forest Community Trust is thrilled to announce two exciting career opportunities to join our team and support the delivery of Think Big, a cutting-edge technology programme powered by Ideagen.

Think Big uses the power of football and technology to inspire young people across Nottinghamshire to explore rewarding careers in technology through innovative education and engagement.

We are currently recruiting for the roles of Think Big Programme Coordinator and Think Big Programme Assistant.

 

 

Think Big Programme Coordinator

 

Reporting to the Head of Programmes, the Think Big Programme Coordinator will lead and develop this dynamic initiative.

The role is central to driving the programme’s vision of engaging young people from diverse communities to embrace technology and education through the lens of football.

Working closely with Ideagen, one of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies based in Nottingham, the Coordinator will oversee the design, delivery, and growth of Think Big.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver innovative virtual and in-person workshops in schools and community settings.
  • Develop and manage relationships with school leads, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead the expansion of the programme and work towards achieving KPIs for each academic year.
  • Maintain and evolve a bespoke curriculum that integrates football-specific tech roles.
  • Deliver engaging workshops to young people on matchdays at The City Ground.
  • Produce regular reports on programme impact, tracking achievements and target outcomes.
  • Act as a passionate advocate for technology and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create accessible media content, including videos, photographs, and case studies.
  • Communicate programme success internally and externally through impactful storytelling.
  • Line manage Programme Assistants, supporting their duties and professional growth.

Think Big Programme Assistant

 

Supporting the Think Big Programme Coordinator, the Assistant will play a vital role in delivering workshops, assemblies, and activities that inspire young people to consider careers in technology.

This role combines hands-on delivery with supporting the programme’s operational success.

By working closely with the Coordinator, the Assistant will help ensure Think Big’s ongoing impact and visibility.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering innovative virtual and face-to-face workshops in schools and community settings.
  • Support the creation and delivery of a bespoke curriculum for football-specific tech roles.
  • Act as an advocate for technology and innovative thinking.
  • Build relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance programme visibility.
  • Help communicate the programme’s success through internal and external channels.
  • Collect and collate data and insights to measure programme impact.
  • Deliver assemblies and workshops to large audiences in secondary schools.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of matchday workshops at The City Ground.
