NFCT and Thriving Nottingham Launch Community Partnership
Nottingham Forest Community Trust is proud to announce an expansive partnership with Thriving Nottingham, delivering a range of free programmes designed to help city residents live well, feel great, and stay active.
By combining the local reach of the Nottingham Forest Community Trust with Thriving Nottingham’s clinical and lifestyle expertise, this partnership offers a holistic approach to community health. Whether it is helping families establish better habits or supporting adults in improving their physical and mental wellbeing, the collaboration ensures that professional health resources are accessible to everyone in the heart of their own communities.
Thriving Nottingham is a free health and wellbeing service funded by Nottingham City Council. Their mission is to help local residents make sustainable lifestyle changes through a “whole-health” approach.
Beyond just weight management, Thriving Nottingham provides expert guidance on nutrition, physical activity, smoking cessation, and mental wellbeing. Their programmes are designed by specialists to be inclusive and supportive, offering everything from one-to-one health coaching to community group sessions.
