Vacancy: Chief Operating Officer
Nottingham Forest Community Trust (NFCT) is recruiting a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the country’s most ambitious football club charities.
Based at The City Ground, the COO will work closely with the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees to deliver operational excellence, drive strategic priorities, and ensure NFCT continues to make a lasting impact across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
As a senior leader, the successful candidate will:
→ Deputise for the CEO and support the charity’s long-term strategy.
→ Lead and inspire a high-performing team, embedding a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.
→ Develop strong partnerships with Nottingham Forest Football Club and a wide range of stakeholders.
→ Oversee governance, risk management, safeguarding, and financial processes to the highest standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader from the charity, sport, or community development sector to join a values-driven organisation that generates significant social impact.
